We have just added another Auxiliary Unit Patrol to the site.
Raydon patrol was also referred to as Stratford St Mary Patrol and formed part of Ipswich Group (Group No 5 Suffolk.

Grasby Patrol or Patrol 2B as they were known have been added to our website along with info of their Operational bunker.

Today we have added Lincolnshire’s Wold Newton Auxiliary Unit Patrol to the site.
The site was visited by our Yorkshire CIO, Andy Gwynne.
Whilst Andy was able to document the Operational Base sadly he was unable confirm the Unit Members due to the system used within Lincolnshire of using Numerical and Alphabetical code for their OB’s. Future Research will allow for the Members to be identified.

We have added the Wickham Market/Little Glemham Auxiliary Unit Patrol to the site.
The team used the codename of ‘Thrush’.

We have just added a patrol report on the Admiralty 4 Bath Auxiliary Unit Patrol by our Devon researcher Nina Hannaford.
The OB was constructed in an exsisting structure of an ice house in Prior Park which was built c1750 and parts of it can still be explored today.
Nina’s report has some great first hand accounts of training and life in the OB.

Today we have added a report by Stephen Lewins our CIO for Northumberland.
The Stobswood patrol also known as “The Death or Glory Boys” were based near Widdrington Station and Stobswood, two mining villages in the south east of Northumberland.

We have just added the Peasenhall Patrol to our website. The report was produced by our CIO’s for Suffolk and Norfolk.
Sadly the OB was destroyed at the end of the war.
